Pick the right plan for NetBox

Every plan includes public IPv4 and IPv6, NVMe storage and a 1 Gbps uplink. Click one to reach the checkout with everything filled in.

How to size your project

NetBox, its worker, PostgreSQL and two Valkey instances use about 2.1 GB once running, and the NetBox container alone about 1.2 GB because of its workers; that is why the minimum is 4 GB, since 2 GB would live on swap. Load grows with the number of objects, users and API calls.

Some of the most common uses. The server is yours — run whatever you like on it.

  • Record the prefixes, IP addresses, VLANs and VRFs of several networks and see what is free before allocating
  • Document sites, racks, devices, interfaces and cables of a datacenter or a provider POP
  • Feed scripts and automation tools with the network's source of truth through the REST API or GraphQL
  • Fire webhooks to other systems when a network object is created or changed

About NetBox

NetBox is a web application for documenting network infrastructure: prefixes and IP addresses (IPAM), VLANs and VRFs, plus sites, racks, devices, cables and circuits (DCIM). It works as the network's source of truth, with a REST API and GraphQL for automation to read and update.

At Master da Web it arrives as NetBox 4.7.1 in the netbox-docker packaging, with PostgreSQL 18, two Valkey instances and a worker, all on fixed versions. The admin superuser is created by the installation before the site goes public, and the order e-mail carries the password and a v2 API token that already works. Nothing is readable without signing in.

The first start applies the database migrations and takes a few minutes. After that, add sites and prefixes or load them through the API. Outgoing e-mail, a domain of your own and backing up the database and the .env are up to you.

Software features

  • IPAM and DCIM: prefixes, IPs, VLANs, VRFs, sites, racks, devices and cables
  • REST API at /api/ and GraphQL at /graphql/, with v2 tokens
  • Admin superuser created before the site goes public, with no sign-up page
  • The admin's v2 API token generated and sent in the order e-mail
  • Sign-in required for everything (LOGIN_REQUIRED), CORS closed
  • NetBox 4.7.1 in netbox-docker 5.1.1, with PostgreSQL 18 and Valkey, pinned
  • Background worker, with webhooks enabled
  • Settings of your own in extra.py and plugins.py, outside the image

What your NetBox gets at Master da Web

Manage infrastructure from one panel: security, recovery, connectivity and growth. Check prices and availability when configuring your server.

  • Snapshots

Take a snapshot of NetBox before a risky update and roll back to it with one click, without reinstalling anything.

  • Automatic backups

Scheduled copies of the whole server, kept off the host. Restore the complete NetBox whenever you need to.

  • Managed firewall

Rules by port and source, applied from the panel, no iptables editing. Open only what NetBox needs.

  • Security Center

Continuous external scanning of your server, with findings prioritised and the fix spelled out for each one.

  • Private network (VPC)

Connect NetBox to databases and other servers over an isolated network with nothing exposed to the internet. With a VPN Gateway for remote access.

    About the VPC →

  • DDoS protection

Volumetric attack mitigation for your NetBox server. Check protection options and prices when ordering.

    DDoS protection →

  • Grow without reinstalling

Add vCPU, memory and disk from the panel and pay only the difference, and NetBox stays exactly as it is.

  • API and MCP for automation

Create, resize and manage servers through the public API — or straight from an AI assistant, over MCP.

Ready infrastructure, with the freedom to configure your application your way.

01

With your VPS

Your chosen image installed, the plan’s resources and a panel to manage the server. Administrative access is provided after provisioning.

02

Configure for your business

After the order you receive the address, the admin user, the password and a v2 API token; /root/netbox.txt keeps a copy. Add sites and prefixes by hand or import them through the API. Outgoing e-mail, a domain of your own and backing up the database and the .env are up to you.

03

Expand when you need to

Backups, snapshot capacity, DDoS protection, private networking and other features are available as you need them. Check prices and availability when configuring your server.
