Our datacenter has power redundancy with fully automatic diesel generator and high-capacity UPS systems. Server room cooling is redundant, as well as 24/7 security monitoring, intrusion sensors and cameras. The datacenter also features inline DDoS protection.
When contracting our colocation service, you will be provided with the address where your equipment should be sent. All equipment installation is done by our specialized team, who will maintain contact with the responsible contractor to ensure the installation works as desired.
The client is responsible for providing: your servers/equipment, power cables (Brazilian standard NBR 14136), network cables (patch cords), and switch/router when hosting more than 1 server. We also recommend sending spare power cables and equipment documentation to facilitate installation and maintenance.
Yes! We offer rental of various equipment such as switches, routers, network cables, PDUs (power distribution units), and other accessories. Prices and availability can be consulted through our WhatsApp or technical support. This is ideal for clients who need temporary equipment or want to test before purchasing.
You should send power cables compatible with the Brazilian standard NBR 14136 (3-pin plug). We recommend industrial-quality cables with adequate gauge for your equipment's power requirements. Always send spare cables, as they are essential for installation and may be needed for future maintenance.
Yes, if you host more than 1 server, you will need to provide your own switch or router to interconnect the equipment. Each Colocation contract includes 1 Gbps network port, so additional equipment needs to be connected through your switch. Alternatively, you can rent a switch from us.
Besides the mandatory items, we recommend sending: rack rails (if needed), specific mounting screws for your equipment, serial cables for console access, power adapters if necessary, technical documentation of the equipment, and contact information for support. This facilitates installation and future maintenance.
Pack your equipment in sturdy boxes with adequate protection (bubble wrap, foam). Include a detailed list of items, installation instructions, and your contact information. Ship to the address we will provide after contracting. We recommend using a carrier with insurance and tracking for high-value equipment.
