Support is available through all available channels. Premium Support is an additional service ($19/hour) where our team performs configurations and installations for you, with support by certified technicians and guaranteed SLA. Both support types are available through all support channels.

Premium Support costs $19.00 per hour of service. You pay only for what you use, with no monthly fees or fixed charges. Each session includes 1 full hour of specialized technical support.

3-hour SLA during business hours (Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Outside business hours, 16-hour SLA.

Premium Support service is available for VPS and Dedicated Server services.

Support is provided via phone, live chat, or video conference (Microsoft Teams). Our certified technicians are ready to solve complex problems and provide specialized consulting.

Yes! You can contract as many hours as you need. Each additional hour costs $19.00. There are no minimum or maximum hour limits per session.
