An SSL Certificate consists of three different keys:

  1. Domain certificate.
  2. Private key certificate
  3. Certificate from the Intermediary Entity (Key Bundle).

When SSL is only working for some devices and for others causing such as unreliable, “untrust“, means that there is a problem in item 3 (Intermediary Entity Certificate), also called “Bundle“. What happens is that some devices already recognize that certification body, and for those who don’t, the “bundle” in item 3 must be correct.

If you are experiencing this type of problem, please contact your reseller to request the correct Bundle certificate.
