Does the data center have network, power and protection redundancy?
Our datacenter has power redundancy with a fully automatic diesel generator and high-capacity UPS. Server room cooling is redundant, as are 24/7 security monitoring, intrusion sensors and cameras. The datacenter also has inline DDoS protection.
How does the shipping and assembly of my equipment work?
When contracting our colocation service, you will be provided with the address to which your equipment must be sent. All equipment installation is carried out by our specialized team, who will maintain contact with the responsible contractor to ensure that the installation works as desired.
What are the paying ways?
You can pay by credit card, PIX and bank slip.
