How to size your project
GLPI runs PHP-FPM, nginx and MariaDB on the server itself, and the 1 GB plan is the minimum. Load grows with simultaneous technicians and users, the number of assets and tickets, and the automatic actions (e-mail, collection). For a small support team, 2 vCPU and 2 GB leave room; attachments and history take disk.

About GLPI
GLPI is an IT service desk and asset inventory system. The support team opens, assigns and follows tickets (incidents and requests), while GLPI keeps the register of the company's computers, network equipment, software, licenses and contracts, linked to whoever uses each item.
At Master da Web you get GLPI 11.0.9 in Portuguese, running on nginx, PHP 8.4 and MariaDB behind HTTPS. The demo accounts that GLPI's installer creates with published passwords are not reachable here: the glpi account gets a generated password, tech, normal and post-only are disabled, and the web installer is removed before the site goes public.
After signing in, set up your SMTP for notifications, create entities and users and start logging tickets. Automatic actions run every minute from a system timer.

With your VPS
Your chosen image installed, the plan’s resources and a panel to manage the server. Administrative access is provided after provisioning.
Configure for your business
The order e-mail brings the address, the glpi user and the password. After signing in, set up SMTP under Configurar > Notificações, create entities and users and, if you will use tech, normal or post-only, give each a new password before enabling it. Backups: /var/lib/glpi and the glpi database.
Expand when you need to
