We measured about 510 MB in use by NocoDB idle, with PostgreSQL beside it, which is why the minimum is 2 GB. Load grows with simultaneous users, the number of records and tables, attachments and automations. For a small team, 2 vCPU and 2 GB are enough to start; attachments take disk.

About NocoDB
NocoDB turns a database into a spreadsheet-style interface: you create tables and fields, view records as a grid, form, kanban or gallery, and share access with your team without writing code. Each table also gets a REST API.
At Master da Web you get NocoDB 2026.09.0, the official image, with PostgreSQL 17 as its metadata database and HTTPS. The super admin is created at install time, with your account e-mail and a generated password, and public sign-up is closed and tested before the site goes public: only people you invite get in. NocoDB's telemetry, error reports and support chat are switched off.
Without SMTP, invitations still work: NocoDB shows the link for you to copy. The license is the Sustainable Use License: use in your own business is allowed, reselling NocoDB is not.

With your VPS
Your chosen image installed, the plan’s resources and a panel to manage the server. Administrative access is provided after provisioning.
Configure for your business
The address, the login and the super admin password arrive in the order e-mail. Sign in, create the first base and invite the team under Account > User Management. For e-mailed invitations, set up SMTP under Account > Setup > Configure E-mail. Keep the NC_AUTH_JWT_SECRET from the .env.
