Pick the right plan for Invoice Ninja

Every plan includes public IPv4 and IPv6, NVMe storage and a 1 Gbps uplink. Click one to reach the checkout with everything filled in.

How to size your project

Invoice Ninja reaches about 850 MB in use after rendering a PDF, because of the Chrome inside the container, which is why the minimum is 2 GB. Load grows with simultaneous PDFs, the e-mail queue and attachments. For a small company, 2 vCPU and 2 GB leave room; if you render PDFs in batches, add memory.

About Invoice Ninja

Invoice Ninja is an invoicing system for freelancers and small businesses: you add clients and products, issue quotes and invoices, record payments and expenses, and hand everything to the client as a PDF or through a client-portal link.

At Master da Web you get Invoice Ninja 5.13.43 with MariaDB, Valkey and HTTPS. The account is created during installation, with your account e-mail as the login and a generated password, before the site goes public; the web installer (/setup) stays closed and there is no public sign-up. PDFs are rendered by a Chrome inside the container.

E-mail starts switched off: invoices only go out by e-mail once you configure your own SMTP. Brazilian electronic invoicing (NF-e, NFS-e) is not part of the installation; Invoice Ninja issues commercial invoices and charges.

Software features

  • Invoice Ninja 5.13.43 with MariaDB 11.4, Valkey 8.1 and nginx, behind Caddy with HTTPS
  • Account created at install: login is your account e-mail, password generated
  • Web installer (/setup) closed and no public sign-up
  • First sign-in asks for company name, language and currency
  • Quotes, invoices, payments and expenses, with PDFs rendered on the server
  • API token under Settings > Account Management > Integrations > API Tokens
  • E-mail off until you set up SMTP under Settings > Email Settings
  • Update by changing the image tag in compose and running docker compose up -d
