How to size your project
ERPNext runs MariaDB, two Redis instances and several services from the same image, which is why the minimum is 4 GB. Load grows with active users, reports and large imports. For a small team, 2 vCPU and 8 GB leave room. Gunicorn workers are worked out at install time from the memory; after a plan change, adjust GUNICORN_WORKERS in the .env.

About ERPNext
ERPNext is an open source ERP built on the Frappe framework. It brings accounting, sales, purchasing, stock, manufacturing, projects and CRM into one system, so a company keeps finance, inventory and sales in the same records.
At Master da Web you get ERPNext 16.36.0 on Frappe 16.35.0, with MariaDB 11.8, Redis and HTTPS. The site already exists when the address goes public, with ERPNext installed and the Administrator password generated during installation. The setup wizard opens in Portuguese.
On first sign-in the wizard asks for country, time zone and currency, then your own user and finally the company, with its chart of accounts and fiscal year. Outgoing e-mail and NF-e issuing are not configured.

With your VPS
Your chosen image installed, the plan’s resources and a panel to manage the server. Administrative access is provided after provisioning.
Configure for your business
The order e-mail carries the address (/login), the Administrator user and the password. The site already exists and the wizard opens on first sign-in. Then set up the outgoing e-mail account and, if you want, a domain of your own: a block in the Caddyfile plus host_name. Backups and migrations go through erpnext-bench.
Expand when you need to
