We’ve come to present the levels of support available, their values and what each one encompasses:
Free of charge
Standard support, present in all subscriptions. Service only by ticket (e-mail), does not work directly on the VPS.
SLA: up to 24 hours.
On Demand
Paid when necessary.
We intervene on VPS’s with Windows and Linux operating systems. Service via ticket, chat, telephone and call scheduling (Teams), remote access if necessary.
We charge R$99.90 per hour.
SLA: up to 3 hours during business hours (Monday to Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
Outside business hours – SLA: up to 16 hours.
*We do not support third-party software.
Premium
Monthly payment of R$49.90. This amount guarantees you 2 hours of support, which you can call on whenever you feel the need. The hours are not cumulative.
We intervene on VPS’s with Windows and Linux operating systems. Service via ticket, chat, telephone and call scheduling (Teams), remote access if necessary.
SLA: up to 3 hours during business hours (Monday to Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
Outside business hours – SLA: up to 16 hours.

*If you cancel, there is a 2-month grace period for a new subscription to this plan.

What won’t be covered:
- Support for third-party software, examples:
- Database (whatever);
- ERP software;
- Betting robot software;
- Trading software;
- And other software that is created by third parties;
- Does not work in code development;
- installing and configuring services, or uploading services such as:
- Web Server;
- Linux DNS server;
- File server;
- and the like;
