How much does it cost?
The Premium Support service can be contracted in two ways: Monthly: R$ 49.90 / month with the right to 2 hours of service time each month. On demand: R$ 99.90 per call (including 1 hour of service) Service is provided via telephone, ticket, chat or video conference (Microsoft Teams).

What is the SLA?
3-hour SLA during daytime hours (Monday to Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). When outside daytime hours, 16-hour SLA.
