Pick the right plan for JupyterLab

Every plan includes public IPv4 and IPv6, NVMe storage and a 1 Gbps uplink. Click one to reach the checkout with everything filled in.

How to size your project

The server is for one person. Load grows with the size of the data the kernels load (a large DataFrame takes the kernel's memory) and with the number of open notebooks. The minimum is 2 GB, room for a kernel with pandas and scikit-learn beside the server; for larger datasets, use 4 GB or more. Disk grows with the data you keep.

How to order JupyterLab

  1. Pick a plan

vCPU, memory and disk sized for your project. You can grow it later without reinstalling.

  2. Confirm the order

Pix, bank slip or card. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and you have a 7-day guarantee.

  3. JupyterLab ready in minutes

The server comes up with JupyterLab installed and configured. Access details appear in the panel.

What to use a JupyterLab VPS for

Some of the most common uses. The server is yours — run whatever you like on it.

  • Explore and clean data with pandas in notebooks, without building the environment
  • Train and evaluate models with scikit-learn and statsmodels on a server, not on your computer
  • Produce charts and reports with matplotlib, seaborn and altair
  • Leave long analyses running on the server without tying up your computer

About JupyterLab

JupyterLab is the Jupyter Project's notebook environment: in the browser you mix Python code, text, charts and output in one document, with a terminal and a file manager. It is used for data analysis, statistics and machine learning.

Here you get JupyterLab 4.6 on the Jupyter Docker Stacks scipy-notebook image, with Python 3.13, pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels, matplotlib and other libraries already installed. Access is by generated password only, with an argon2 hash in the configuration and no token in the URL; at install the server refuses an anonymous call, accepts the password and runs a Python cell before Caddy opens access.

The installation is for one person. Your notebooks live in the jupyterlab_notebooks volume, the root of the file browser. Packages installed with pip in a notebook last until the image is recreated: keep a requirements.txt. The password changes only through the jupyterlab-password command, on the server.

Software features

  • JupyterLab 4.6 with Python 3.13 and the Jupyter Docker Stacks scientific stack
  • pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels, matplotlib and more, preinstalled
  • Generated-password login, with an argon2 hash in the config; no token in the URL
  • No anonymous access: the API refuses anyone not signed in, checked at install
  • Python kernel tested at install, with a cell actually run
  • Notebooks in the jupyterlab_notebooks volume, the file browser's root
  • jupyterlab-password command to change the password on the server
  • Jupyter news prompt and update check turned off

What your JupyterLab gets at Master da Web

Manage infrastructure from one panel: security, recovery, connectivity and growth. Check prices and availability when configuring your server.

  • Snapshots

Take a snapshot of JupyterLab before a risky update and roll back to it with one click, without reinstalling anything.

  • Automatic backups

Scheduled copies of the whole server, kept off the host. Restore the complete JupyterLab whenever you need to.

  • Managed firewall

Rules by port and source, applied from the panel, no iptables editing. Open only what JupyterLab needs.

  • Security Center

Continuous external scanning of your server, with findings prioritised and the fix spelled out for each one.

  • Private network (VPC)

Connect JupyterLab to databases and other servers over an isolated network with nothing exposed to the internet. With a VPN Gateway for remote access.

    About the VPC →

  • DDoS protection

Volumetric attack mitigation for your JupyterLab server. Check protection options and prices when ordering.

    DDoS protection →

  • Grow without reinstalling

Add vCPU, memory and disk from the panel and pay only the difference, and JupyterLab stays exactly as it is.

  • API and MCP for automation

Create, resize and manage servers through the public API — or straight from an AI assistant, over MCP.

Ready infrastructure, with the freedom to configure your application your way.

01

With your VPS

Your chosen image installed, the plan’s resources and a panel to manage the server. Administrative access is provided after provisioning.

02

Configure for your business

You receive the address and the generated password by e-mail: there is no user name and no token. Sign in; your notebooks and files live in the jupyterlab_notebooks volume, the file browser's root. Keep a requirements.txt to reinstall packages after an update, and use jupyterlab-password on the server to change the password. Your own domain and the volume's backup are yours to handle.

03

Expand when you need to

Backups, snapshot capacity, DDoS protection, private networking and other features are available as you need them. Check prices and availability when configuring your server.

You administer the system and application, including updates and data. For help with configuration or management, talk to our team about the scope of support.
