Master da Web

YOUR PROJECT + OUR INFRASTRUCTURE

Flask VPS

A VPS with Flask pre-installed · By Pallets

Your Flask app live with HTTPS, on every git push.

Flask 3.1 under Gunicorn, over HTTPS and with a sample app: every git push publishes your project and restarts the service.

  • git push installs the dependencies and restarts the app for you
  • An app with no shell and no permission to change its own code
  • HTTPS ready, and the sample app already knows it sits behind the proxy

Pick the right plan for Flask

Every plan includes public IPv4 and IPv6, NVMe storage and a 1 Gbps uplink. Click one to reach the checkout with everything filled in.

How to size your project

Gunicorn starts 2 workers per CPU plus one, at most four; WEB_CONCURRENCY in .env changes that. Memory grows with the number of workers and with what your app loads (libraries, models, caches). There is no database on the machine: if you install one, add its memory. The smallest plan runs the sample and small apps; with more workers, start at 2 GB.

How to order Flask

  1. Pick a plan

vCPU, memory and disk sized for your project. You can grow it later without reinstalling.

  2. Confirm the order

Pix, bank slip or card. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and you have a 7-day guarantee.

  3. Flask ready in minutes

The server comes up with Flask installed and configured. Access details appear in the panel.

What to use a Flask VPS for

Some of the most common uses. The server is yours — run whatever you like on it.

  • Publish an API or a site in Flask with deploys by git push
  • Put a prototype, a webhook or a bot in Python online, with HTTPS
  • Host an internal tool or a dashboard in Flask for the team
  • Expose a Python script or model through a simple HTTP API

About Flask

Flask is a Python web microframework: it brings what is needed to receive requests and answer them (routes, templates, sessions) and leaves the rest — database, forms, authentication — to the libraries you choose. The Pallets project maintains it, and it is widely used for APIs and small sites.

This image is the server for your app, not a finished app: Flask 3.1 under Gunicorn 26, on Debian's Python 3.13, with HTTPS through Caddy and a sample app in the /srv/flask repository. A git push to main installs requirements.txt and restarts the app. The app runs as a user with no shell, listening only on 127.0.0.1:8000, and cannot write to its own code.

No database is installed: use PostgreSQL through apt or a managed service. Your project needs a requirements.txt with gunicorn and a gunicorn.conf.py. The SECRET_KEY and your variables live in /srv/flask/.env; your own domain and backups are yours to handle.

Software features

  • Flask 3.1 under Gunicorn 26, on Debian's Python 3.13 in a virtualenv
  • git push to main installs requirements.txt and restarts the app
  • A sample app as the first commit, for you to replace with yours
  • HTTPS through Caddy; the sample app handles the proxy with ProxyFix and sees https
  • The app runs as a user with no shell, listening only on 127.0.0.1:8000
  • SECRET_KEY generated in /srv/flask/.env, readable only by root
  • No database installed: use PostgreSQL through apt or a managed service
  • System updates through apt and the app's packages through requirements.txt

What your Flask gets at Master da Web

Manage infrastructure from one panel: security, recovery, connectivity and growth. Check prices and availability when configuring your server.

  • Snapshots

Take a snapshot of Flask before a risky update and roll back to it with one click, without reinstalling anything.

  • Automatic backups

Scheduled copies of the whole server, kept off the host. Restore the complete Flask whenever you need to.

  • Managed firewall

Rules by port and source, applied from the panel, no iptables editing. Open only what Flask needs.

  • Security Center

Continuous external scanning of your server, with findings prioritised and the fix spelled out for each one.

  • Private network (VPC)

Connect Flask to databases and other servers over an isolated network with nothing exposed to the internet. With a VPN Gateway for remote access.

    About the VPC →

  • DDoS protection

Volumetric attack mitigation for your Flask server. Check protection options and prices when ordering.

    DDoS protection →

  • Grow without reinstalling

Add vCPU, memory and disk from the panel and pay only the difference, and Flask stays exactly as it is.

  • API and MCP for automation

Create, resize and manage servers through the public API — or straight from an AI assistant, over MCP.

Ready infrastructure, with the freedom to configure your application your way.

01

With your VPS

Your chosen image installed, the plan’s resources and a panel to manage the server. Administrative access is provided after provisioning.

02

Configure for your business

The e-mail carries the site address and the git clone command; the SSH password is the root password. Clone the repository, replace the sample with your app, commit and git push origin main. The sample's gunicorn.conf.py shows the expected format. A database, your own domain and backups are yours to handle.

03

Expand when you need to

Backups, snapshot capacity, DDoS protection, private networking and other features are available as you need them. Check prices and availability when configuring your server.

You administer the system and application, including updates and data. For help with configuration or management, talk to our team about the scope of support.
