Dokku VPS
A VPS with Dokku pre-installed · By Dokku
git push and the app is live: a PaaS of your own on one server.
A one-server PaaS: git push builds and publishes the app, from a buildpack or a Dockerfile, and only the SSH keys you add can push.
- git push creates, builds and publishes the app in one command
- No exposed panel: access is only through SSH and a public key
- Per-app HTTPS with the Let's Encrypt plugin, once the name points here

Pick the right plan for Dokku
Every plan includes public IPv4 and IPv6, NVMe storage and a 1 Gbps uplink. Click one to reach the checkout with everything filled in.
How to size your project
We measured 0.45 GB in use at rest (Docker and nginx), and the project asks for 1 GB at least. What weighs is the apps and the builds: each app runs in a container, and building an image uses memory and disk. Below 4 GB the installer creates 2 GB of swap. For several apps, start at 4 GB and watch usage during deploys.

About Dokku
Dokku is a single-server deployment platform (PaaS): you git push an app's code and Dokku builds it, with a buildpack or a Dockerfile, runs it in a container and serves it through nginx. There is no web panel; everything is done over SSH and git.
At Master da Web you get Dokku v0.38.31, installed by the project's own bootstrap for that version, on Docker CE from Docker's repository. Nothing accepts a push until you add your public key: the e-mail carries the three commands, to run on your computer. The global domain is the server's name, and each app can be served on it with domains:set.
Each app at <app>.<server name> needs a wildcard DNS record that the platform does not create; your own domain goes in with domains:add. HTTPS is per app, with the project's Let's Encrypt plugin, once the name points at the server.
Software features
- Dokku v0.38.31, installed by the project's own bootstrap for that version
- Docker CE from Docker's repository, with container logs capped at 10 MB x 3
- git push builds the app from a buildpack or a Dockerfile and publishes it
- Dokku's nginx on ports 80 and 443, serving each app by name
- No panel and no administrator account: access is over SSH and git
- No key can push until you add yours
- Global domain equal to the server's name; your own domain per app
- Per-app HTTPS with the official Let's Encrypt plugin

Manage infrastructure from one panel: security, recovery, connectivity and growth. Check prices and availability when configuring your server.
Snapshots
Take a snapshot of Dokku before a risky update and roll back to it with one click, without reinstalling anything.
Automatic backups
Scheduled copies of the whole server, kept off the host. Restore the complete Dokku whenever you need to.
Managed firewall
Rules by port and source, applied from the panel, no iptables editing. Open only what Dokku needs.
Security Center
Continuous external scanning of your server, with findings prioritised and the fix spelled out for each one.
Private network (VPC)
Connect Dokku to databases and other servers over an isolated network with nothing exposed to the internet. With a VPN Gateway for remote access.
DDoS protection
Volumetric attack mitigation for your Dokku server. Check protection options and prices when ordering.
Grow without reinstalling
Add vCPU, memory and disk from the panel and pay only the difference, and Dokku stays exactly as it is.
API and MCP for automation
Create, resize and manage servers through the public API — or straight from an AI assistant, over MCP.

Ready infrastructure, with the freedom to configure your application your way.
With your VPS
Your chosen image installed, the plan’s resources and a panel to manage the server. Administrative access is provided after provisioning.
Configure for your business
The e-mail carries three commands to run on your computer: add your public key (it asks for the root password), git push (the first one creates the app) and serve the app on the server's name. Until the key is added, nobody can push. Your own domain, DNS records, per-app HTTPS and backups are yours to handle.
Expand when you need to
Backups, snapshot capacity, DDoS protection, private networking and other features are available as you need them. Check prices and availability when configuring your server.
