Pick the right plan for CapRover

Every plan includes public IPv4 and IPv6, NVMe storage and a 1 Gbps uplink. Click one to reach the checkout with everything filled in.

How to size your project

At rest we measured 0.55 GB in use, and the project asks for 1 GB at least. What weighs is your apps and the builds: each app is a Docker service, and building an image uses memory and disk. On machines with less than 4 GB the installer adds 2 GB of swap. With several apps side by side, 4 GB is a good starting point.

About CapRover

CapRover is a deployment platform (PaaS) that runs on Docker on a single server: you publish apps from the dashboard, the command line or a Docker image, and it handles nginx, certificates and each app's domain. It also ships one-click apps, such as databases.

Here you get version 1.15.4 on a one-node Docker swarm, with a generated password: CapRover's default is never used. The dashboard opens over HTTPS on port 3443, by the server's name and its IP, with a certificate from Caddy's own CA (the browser warns). When the name already points at the server, it also gets Let's Encrypt. The installer accepts CapRover's terms on your behalf and turns telemetry off.

Every app needs a domain of yours: point its A record at the IP and use Connect New Domain and Enable HTTPS. Port 3000 and the swarm ports stay closed; a second node means opening them.

Software features

  • CapRover 1.15.4 on a one-node Docker swarm, with Docker CE from Docker's repository
  • A generated 24-character dashboard password; CapRover's default is never used
  • Dashboard over HTTPS on port 3443, by the server's name and by its IP
  • Let's Encrypt on the server's name when DNS already points at it
  • Deploy from a Docker image, the CapRover CLI or one-click apps
  • CapRover's nginx on ports 80 and 443, with HTTPS per app and your own domains
  • Port 3000 and the swarm ports closed to the network by a boot service
  • CapRover updates from its own dashboard; anonymous telemetry switched off

What your CapRover gets at Master da Web

Manage infrastructure from one panel: security, recovery, connectivity and growth. Check prices and availability when configuring your server.

  • Snapshots

Take a snapshot of CapRover before a risky update and roll back to it with one click, without reinstalling anything.

  • Automatic backups

Scheduled copies of the whole server, kept off the host. Restore the complete CapRover whenever you need to.

  • Managed firewall

Rules by port and source, applied from the panel, no iptables editing. Open only what CapRover needs.

  • Security Center

Continuous external scanning of your server, with findings prioritised and the fix spelled out for each one.

  • Private network (VPC)

Connect CapRover to databases and other servers over an isolated network with nothing exposed to the internet. With a VPN Gateway for remote access.

  • Grow without reinstalling

Add vCPU, memory and disk from the panel and pay only the difference, and CapRover stays exactly as it is.

  • API and MCP for automation

Know what to expect from day one.

Ready infrastructure, with the freedom to configure your application your way.

01

With your VPS

Your chosen image installed, the plan’s resources and a panel to manage the server. Administrative access is provided after provisioning.

02

Configure for your business

The e-mail carries the dashboard address (port 3443) and the generated password. The browser warns about the certificate at that address: that is expected. Create the app, deploy it, point the domain at the IP and use Connect New Domain and Enable HTTPS. Domains, DNS records and backups of your apps' data are yours to handle.

03

Expand when you need to

Backups, snapshot capacity, DDoS protection, private networking and other features are available as you need them. Check prices and availability when configuring your server.

You administer the system and application, including updates and data. For help with configuration or management, talk to our team about the scope of support.
