Installing phpMyAdmin on Debian

phpMyAdmin is a computer program developed in PHP for administering MySQL over the Internet.

Just use the following command in SHELL:

apt-get install phpmyadmin

Follow the instructions that appear on the screen. Once installed, move the phpmyadmin folder located in the “usr/share/phpmyadmin” directory to the root folder of your domain or any other folder of your choice that is accessible through your domain.
