DNS: What is it and how does it work?

The DNS (Domain Name System) is a computer system that is used to translate domain names into IP addresses. On the Internet, domain names are used instead of IP addresses because they are easier for people to remember. For example, it’s much easier to remember the domain name “masterdaweb.com” than the corresponding IP address, which
