YOUR PROJECT + OUR INFRASTRUCTURE

Node.js VPS

A VPS with Node.js pre-installed · By OpenJS Foundation

LTS
Supported until Apr 2028

Your Node.js app in production, deployed with a git push.

Node.js 24 LTS with a sample Express app, Caddy over HTTPS and git push deploys: your code online without building the environment.

  • Node.js 24 LTS and Caddy installed, with a sample app online
  • A git push to main installs, builds and restarts the service
  • HTTPS on the hostname and the IP, and the app listens on 127.0.0.1 only

from R$49.90/mo

Pick the right plan for Node.js

Every plan includes public IPv4 and IPv6, NVMe storage and a 1 Gbps uplink. Click one to reach the checkout with everything filled in.

How to size your project

The sample is small; what weighs is your app: concurrent requests, dependencies and the build, which runs on the server at every push (npm ci and npm run build). The platform minimum is 1 GB. If your build uses a lot of memory, or you will install a database on the same server, start at 2 GB.

How to order Node.js

  1. Pick a plan

vCPU, memory and disk sized for your project. You can grow it later without reinstalling.

  2. Confirm the order

Pix, bank slip or card. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and you have a 7-day guarantee.

  3. Node.js ready in minutes

The server comes up with Node.js installed and configured. Access details appear in the panel.

What to use a Node.js VPS for

Some of the most common uses. The server is yours — run whatever you like on it.

  • Host a REST or GraphQL API on Node.js with HTTPS and git push deploys
  • Run the back end of a mobile app or a single-page front end, with the database on the same server or elsewhere
  • Keep a bot, a worker or a webhook on Node.js running as a systemd service that restarts if it falls
  • Publish a server-rendered (SSR) site or an Express app with static files

About Node.js

Node.js runs JavaScript outside the browser and is the base of APIs, server-rendered sites and command-line tools. This server is for putting a Node.js application online without building the environment first.

Node.js 24 LTS arrives from NodeSource's repository, with a sample Express 5 app run by systemd behind Caddy over HTTPS. The app is a git repository in /srv/nodejs: a git push to main installs dependencies, runs the build and restarts the service, and says deployed only once it answers. The service runs as a user with no shell and no password.

There is no database: your app brings whatever it uses. Replace the sample with your code, which must start with npm start and listen on 127.0.0.1, port 3000, and take care of the domain and backups.

Software features

  • Node.js 24 LTS (NodeSource) with npm 11 on Debian 13, updated by apt upgrade
  • Sample Express 5 app as a git repository in /srv/nodejs
  • git push to main: installs, builds if there is a build step, prunes and restarts
  • The deploy's output shows in the terminal of the git push itself
  • systemd service with a user that has no shell and no password, restarted on failure
  • Caddy serves HTTPS for the hostname and the IP, with a self-renewing certificate
  • Variables in /srv/nodejs/.env, readable by root only; systemd hands them to the app
  • No database included: you choose and install what the app needs

What your Node.js gets at Master da Web

Manage infrastructure from one panel: security, recovery, connectivity and growth. Check prices and availability when configuring your server.

  • Snapshots

Take a snapshot of Node.js before a risky update and roll back to it with one click, without reinstalling anything.

  • Automatic backups

Scheduled copies of the whole server, kept off the host. Restore the complete Node.js whenever you need to.

  • Managed firewall

Rules by port and source, applied from the panel, no iptables editing. Open only what Node.js needs.

  • Security Center

Continuous external scanning of your server, with findings prioritised and the fix spelled out for each one.

  • Private network (VPC)

Connect Node.js to databases and other servers over an isolated network with nothing exposed to the internet. With a VPN Gateway for remote access.

    About the VPC →

  • DDoS protection

Volumetric attack mitigation for your Node.js server. Check protection options and prices when ordering.

    DDoS protection →

  • Grow without reinstalling

Add vCPU, memory and disk from the panel and pay only the difference, and Node.js stays exactly as it is.

  • API and MCP for automation

Create, resize and manage servers through the public API — or straight from an AI assistant, over MCP.

Ready infrastructure, with the freedom to configure your application your way.

01

With your VPS

Your chosen image installed, the plan’s resources and a panel to manage the server. Administrative access is provided after provisioning.

02

Configure for your business

The e-mail carries the site URL, the git clone command and how to deploy; the SSH password is root's. Clone, replace the sample with your code and send it with git push. Install whichever database your app uses, point a domain at the IP if you want one and take care of backups.

03

Expand when you need to

Backups, snapshot capacity, DDoS protection, private networking and other features are available as you need them. Check prices and availability when configuring your server.

You administer the system and application, including updates and data. For help with configuration or management, talk to our team about the scope of support.
