How to size your project
Load comes from the number of CPEs and the interval between each one's Informs, which MongoDB stores and queries; the CWMP service runs one process per vCPU. The 2 GB plan is the minimum and suits tests and a small number of devices. For an internet provider's operation, the starting point we recommend is 2 vCPUs and 4 GB.

About GenieACS
GenieACS is an auto-configuration server (ACS) for the TR-069 protocol, CWMP, which internet providers use to manage routers, ONTs and other subscriber equipment (CPEs) remotely: device inventory, reading and writing parameters, provisioning rules and firmware distribution.
Here it arrives with CPE authentication switched on: port 7547 accepts only equipment that identifies itself with the user acs and a generated password. The REST API (NBI), which has no authentication of its own, listens on 127.0.0.1 only, and the web interface administrator is set before the panel goes public, so the setup wizard's admin/admin pair is never available.
After the order, set each CPE's ACS URL to http://IP:7547 with the user and password from the e-mail. Ports 7547 (CWMP) and 7567 (firmware files) are published to the internet; backups and extensions are yours.

Configure for your business
The order e-mail carries the interface address, the admin login and password, plus the ACS URL (http://IP:7547), the user acs and the ACS password. Set these on the CPEs and allow ports 7547 and 7567 if you use a firewall. MongoDB backups, extensions and uploaded firmware are up to you.
