About Dify
Dify is an open-source platform for building generative-AI applications: chatbots, agents and RAG workflows put together in a visual interface and published as an API or a chat page. Product and engineering teams use it to put LLM apps online without writing all the infrastructure around the model.
At Master da Web, Dify 1.17.1 arrives with the project's own docker-compose, PostgreSQL with pgvector as the vector store and Caddy in front over HTTPS, as the only public entry. The owner account is created through the console API before the page is public, with a generated password sent in the e-mail.
That is more than a dozen containers, near 3 GB of memory at rest, and the installer adds 4 GB of swap below 8 GB of RAM. No model is installed: under Settings > Model Provider you install your provider's plugin and paste its key; that provider bills the usage. Backups, a custom domain and manual upgrades are yours.

With your VPS
Your chosen image installed, the plan’s resources and a panel to manage the server. Administrative access is provided after provisioning.
Configure for your business
The order e-mail carries the owner's login and password; sign in at /signin. Under Settings > Model Provider install your provider's plugin and paste the key; then Studio > Create from Blank. A custom domain (the .env variables and the Caddyfile), backing up /opt/dify and upgrades are yours.
