How to size your project
Langflow asks for 2 GB at minimum and recommends 4 GB, which is where team use begins. About Langflow
Langflow is a visual editor for building AI agents and flows by dragging components — models, prompts, vector stores, tools — and then calling each flow as an API. People use it to prototype RAG and agents without writing all the orchestration in code.
At Master da Web, Langflow 1.12.3 arrives with PostgreSQL 16 as its database and Caddy in front for HTTPS. The admin superuser is created before the first page is served, with a generated password sent in the order e-mail; public sign-up and auto-login are off, and the installer tests both before opening the site.
No model key is included: paste your provider's key under Settings > Global Variables or straight into a component, and that provider bills the usage. To call flows over the API, create a key in Settings and send it in the x-api-key header. Data lives in /opt/langflow/data; backing it up is up to you.

Configure for your business
The address and the password of the admin superuser come in the order e-mail. Sign in, paste your provider key under Settings > Global Variables and create the first flow under New Flow. New people are added under Settings > Admin Page, because public sign-up is off. Backups and a custom domain are yours.
