About Plesk
Plesk is a web hosting control panel: instead of configuring the web server, e-mail, DNS and databases from the command line, you manage it all from a web interface. With a Plesk VPS you create websites, mailboxes and databases, manage domains and install WordPress from your browser, on a server of your own.
The panel serves agencies and developers who look after client websites, businesses that want their own sites and e-mail on a server of their own, and anyone looking for a cPanel alternative. WP Toolkit installs and manages WordPress, SSL It! issues free Let's Encrypt certificates for every site, and ImunifyAV scans the sites' files for malware.
On a VPS the server is yours: you have root access and decide the PHP versions, the firewall rules and how many sites to host, within what your Plesk licence allows. Choose Belo Horizonte and your websites and mailboxes stay in Brazil.
At Master da Web, Plesk Obsidian is installed by Plesk's own installer on Debian 13, on the newest stable release, with Plesk's Recommended set of components: nginx in front of Apache with Plesk's PHP builds, MariaDB, Postfix and Dovecot for e-mail, BIND for DNS, ProFTPD for FTP, WP Toolkit, SSL It! and ImunifyAV. Plesk's firewall is on, with MySQL, PostgreSQL and Samba closed to the outside, and Fail2Ban blocks addresses that keep getting the password wrong. The installer does the first configuration itself: the administrator is admin, with a generated password, and signing in to the panel as root is turned off. The panel's address (https://your-server:8443) and the password arrive in the welcome e-mail and are also kept in /root/plesk.txt, which only root can read.
Plesk is commercial software from WebPros, and its licence is not part of the VPS price. With the order you accept the Plesk End User License Agreement and, if you already own a licence, enter its activation code. Without one, Plesk runs on Plesk's own free 14-day trial, for up to 3 websites; after that the panel stops working until you add a licence, bought from Plesk (Web Admin, Web Pro or Web Host edition) and entered on your server's page.

Before you start
When you order, Plesk will ask for:
- Plesk licence keyCan be added later
The activation code of a Plesk licence you already own. You don't need one to start: Plesk runs on its free 14-day trial until you add one.
- I accept the Plesk End User License AgreementRequired
Plesk is licensed software from WebPros. Installing it means accepting its End User License Agreement, which we do on your behalf only if you agree to it here.
Anything that can wait is added on your server's page, whenever you have it.

DDoS protection
Volumetric attack mitigation for your Plesk server. Check protection options and prices when ordering.
Grow without reinstalling
